Our Favorite Recipes

These are our favorite recipes on the farm, along with stories of where they came from (when I can remember).  Of course, a lot of them are for our meats, but I couldn’t resist putting in my favorites for desserts, vegetables, and fruits as well.  We hope you enjoy and we would love to know how they worked for you, how you like them, and any modifications you made and liked.
